Our studio lends itself perfectly to a get together for all sorts of celebrations plus crafting is a great alternative to just going out for dinner and drinks ;-)
We run many different craft workshops and almost all of them can be turned into a private party - if you’re preferred option isn’t showing on our price list simply add it to the extra information section of the following booking enquiry form and we will be able to tell you more about it via return email.
The great thing about our Cathays studio is that you can bring alcoholic drinks & snacks for your short break time and there are lots of great food and drink options nearby for before or after your event.
We can host up to 22 people comfortably. We do also consider travelling to venues for events but our availability is lower for these as they take a lot more of our time, we therefore may need to charge extra to cover this and the travel, we can confirm this when you enquire below.
Our prices are worked out per person and the minimum group size is 6.
6-8 attendees = £35 per person
9-12 attendees = £30 per person
13+ attendees = £28 per person

To confirm your event date in our diary you will need to pay a £50 deposit, we will then be in touch just over a week before to confirm final numbers and will send a final invoice which should be paid 7 days before the event. More about this can be found in our T&C’s
