But before we get into the workshops, we have to address a very important matter… All the love we have for our 30 volunteers, the venues and all our creative attendees ages from 4 to 82 that helped us make Craftfest Cathays come true!! We can’t believe it has been almost a month since Craftfest, we truly are grateful for everyone who supported it!! It was the best feeling to see everyone finding new venues in Cathays, spotting you all proudly wearing your badges and laden with handmade makes. Cathays can often be overlooked as ‘just for students’, we hope the places you visited inspired you to visit Cathays again and we hope to see you at another workshop soon too. We’ll do something smaller but equally fun & festive on the 21st-23rd November weekend so look out for more on that soon and we do hope to do another Craftfest next year but without the stress of involving funding (as we never heard back about that = wildly frustrating!)
