CORPORATE & CHARITY EVENTS - Terms & Conditions :

The final balance is due 7 days before your event.

We have minimum numbers for all of our events, these can be found at the bottom of the price lists for our different event types on our website, if your event is below this number an invoice will be issued for the minimum number specified (we have to do this to keep ensuring that private events are feasible for our small business)

We cannot refund individual cancellations after the final invoice is due (7 days before the event) but we are happy for someone to take the place or for the rest of the group to make additional items for the person(s) unable to attend.

We will try our best to accommodate any additional people wanting to attend the workshop after the group size has been confirmed, however we cannot guarantee this will always be possible. Adding extra people may incur an additional charge on top of the workshop fee due to additional last-minute resources that may need to be purchased.

Events/Parties at other venues – For workshops not in our studio we require a clear table space for you to all to work and sit. We generally require access to electricity and parking nearby for unloading. Each workshop differs in requirements, so if you are unsure, please ask. We are generally very flexible and can work within most spaces. Please let us know if a space you are providing differs from our requirements.
