Terms & Conditions (1/6/26)
An invoice will be issued once the booking time, date and craft has been confirmed.
If the event is cancelled after this is invoice is issued a £50 admin charge invoice will be issued.
The invoice payment is due 7 days before your event. The invoice can be edited up until that point (for change of numbers etc).
Changes to the chosen date, time, venue & craft will be dealt with on a case by case basis but if it involves significant staffing or resource planning changes a £50 admin charge will be added to the invoice.
We have minimum numbers for all of our events, these can be found on our booking pages on our website, if your event is below this number an invoice will be issued for the minimum number specified.
We cannot refund individual cancellations after the final invoice is due (7 days before the event) but we are happy for someone to take the place or for the rest of the group to make additional items for the person(s) unable to attend.
We will try our best to accommodate any additional people wanting to attend the workshop after the group size has been confirmed, however we cannot guarantee this will always be possible. Adding extra people may incur an additional charge on top of the workshop fee due to additional last-minute resources that may need to be purchased.
Events at other venues – For workshops not at the Lark studio we will let you know what we need in advance e.g tables, chairs, access to electrical points etc… and would expect the venue to be ready upon our arrival.
