My crafty friend Mae is coming to Cardiff from Shanghai and has offered to teach her amazing Brush Lettering course at Lark.. Woo!

Up your lettering game by learning how to do thick and regular brush letterings.

We'll start with exercises to practice making shapes and brush strokes. You'll then practice writing the alphabet, words and phrases with plenty of help and guidance on hand. So don't worry if you're an absolute beginner.

We will mostly be working with black pens but you will have a chance to play around with colorful brush pens too and if we have time, i’ll do a short introduction on color blending.

By the end of the workshop you'll be well on your way to developing your own unique brush lettering style.

The workshop includes 3 black brush pens and guide sheets which you can take home after the class. Snacks and drinks will also be provided to keep us going!
