We are thrilled to have Asmaa and Fauve from the brilliant ‘Great British Sewing Bee’2023 hosting workshops at Lark.

Bra Making – Level 1 - This is a 1 day workshop starting at 9am and finishing around 5pm and will cost £100.

Students will learn the techniques of bra making, lingerie fabrics and special notions. And of course key fitting issues.

This workshop is suitable for those with dressmaking experience and confidence with their own sewing machine. You will be using the Black Beauty bra pattern which is available from sizes 28B to 40G, unfortunately we will not be able to take bookings outside this size range.

Everything will be provided with students coming away with a bra toile to further develop in future classes.

Whilst we would love each student to leave with a well-fitting bra – the purpose of this class is techniques and confidence.

Before the workshop you will receive an email from Gemma at larkdesignmake@gmail.com  to ask for measurements so please look out for that.

Hot drinks and biscuits will be available throughout the day, you are welcome to bring a packed lunch of there are many food places nearby including Greggs.
