Learn how to make a beautiful lap quilt with Kath over 3 Sunday sessions with a few laughs along the way! Kath is a regular customer of Lark who makes the most amazing quilts and has developed this lovely workshop after lots of requests from other regular customers ;-)

You wil need to bring your own FABRIC, WADDING & MATCHING THREAD, more info about this will be provided in the booking confirmation email. The cost is for all 3 sessions.

You will need to bring your sewing machine, 1/4 inch foot, walking foot & open toe foot if you have them (Kath can show you ways to use the regular presser feet or can give you advice on buying them during session 1, if you don't have them so don't worry!) Using your own machine is always best as you should be more familiar with it and you will get to know the settings, you also may have some 'HOMEWORK' between sessions so it would be ideal if you knew how to best use your own machine, but if you need to borrow a machine from Lark please email Gemma of Lark studio at larkdesignmake@gmail.com to let her know to prepare one for you to use. 

This workshop is suitable for those who can confidently thread and use a machine already, if you are new to sewing please check out our beginners workshops.

Session 1 - Sunday 19th April 26th 10am-4pm
Prepare and sew front panel (you will need bring everything except your wadding for this session)

Session 2 - Sunday 10th May 10am-4pm
Construct your 3 layers into a quilt

Session 3 - Sunday 24th May 10am-4pm

Cut & attach the quilt binding and finish your quilt ;-)
