Shibori is a Japanese tie dye technique, the natural dye oxidises from green to a beautiful indigo blue.
During this 2 hour workshop you will experiment with various techniques including the Sekka method using fan folds and blocks, the Arashi method of using a pipe to twist and make folds as well as the more well-known method Kanoko associated with using rubber bands and beads.
You can choose which will best suit your own 2 projects, a lightweight scarf, cushion cover or napkin which you can take home.

Cancellation 2-5 days in advance: we can offer you a 50% refund or we can transfer your full payment to another available class, you are also able to pass your booking onto a friend.
Cancellation the day before or on the day of the workshop will not receive a refund. If there is another available class you can transfer your booking by paying an additional 50% of the value of the new workshop. We need to do this as we have venue hire, craft resource and organisation costs.
Our classes require a minimum of 2 people in order to run. Should we need to cancel a class, you will receive a full refund. We will aim to give you 24 hours notice in advance of this occurrence.
