Online Shopping for Fabric and Sewing Supplies...

As much as we love shopping in person, the current lockdown has meant we’ve turned to online shopping in order to get our hands on new fabric and sewing supplies. We’ve compiled a list of trusty websites that you might want to check out!

For Fabric Shopping…

This Cardiff based fabric shop is now solely online but their service is still brilliant, they have been making their own clothes since they were16 (without giving away her age that is over 30 years!) They say that ‘fabric has always been one of my secret obsessions and I have built up a huge stash in the years that I have been collecting it, I am always looking for new ideas and inspiration for what to make next.’

AmoThreads is a great option for sustainable fabric shopping. All the fabric listed on the website is deadstock, which means it was at the end of the line and no longer wanted by the supplier. I would especially recommend their cotton fabric!

The Eternal Maker has a large supply of fabrics for all sorts of projects. They also stock sewing patterns, haberdashery, crochet and knitting supplies.

Neotrims on Etsy is a great stop to shop for accessories for your sewing projects. Think zips, ribbons, trims, as well as range of fabrics…
