Finch runs corporate parties at our sister business studio in Cathays.
The Lark studio can host our corporate groups from 8 to 22 people
All parties are 2.5 hours and range from £25-£40 per person
We have chosen crafts that we feel work well for a mixed group but we are open to offering crafts that you may have seen on our social media or website.
Benefits of a Finch Event…
There are many great things about having a corporate event with us, one of the main ones is that you will be able to connect with your coworkers whilst strengthening your cognitive abilities. There are lots of great food and drink options nearby for before or after your craft activity.
We also try and keep the event nice and simple for you, this includes us having a simple booking & invoice system, offering a really inviting studio space, providing refreshments and most importantly, offering crafts that we know work well with any group.
*Please note that any profit we make from the corporate events we host will be used to provide subsidised workshops to local charity creative sessions.
How to book a Finch party…
Step 1 : Complete the enquiry form below and we will reply with our availability within 2 days
Step 2 : If we are available to host your event we will start planning all the details and send you an invoice
Step 3 : The invoice is due 7 days before the event, we are happy to edit the invoice at this point if attendee numbers change.

Crafts available at the Lark studio…
Macramé…
£25 per person
Get immersed in an addictive knotting workshop to make a macramé leaf wall hanging or a plant hanger.
We have a wide selection of coloured rope to choose from, meaning you can match your hanging perfectly to your home.
Polymer Accessories
£30 per person
Em from @emelyejamescreativestudio will guide you through creating 3 pieces of colourful jewellery.
Make, cure and assemble a couple of pieces during the workshop, which means you can all make pieces to match your outfits!
You will also have time to make a couple of extra pieces that can be taken home and popped in a home oven to cure after the event.
Paint along
£25 per person
You will learn to paint an original picture using acrylic paints on a canvas with step-by-step instructions. You can choose a painting theme and we can help you with that!
These workshops are fun whether you’re a seasoned artist or you haven’t picked up a paintbrush since school, as no experience is necessary. Just paint, drink and have fun with your coworkers.
Door mat painting
£25 per person
Join us to create the ultimate welcome to your home — a personalised door mat — as you spend some great quality time with your coworkers! Have fun working with paint to create your design, a Pinterest board will be sent in advance, so you can start planning your design :)
Mosaic coasters
£35 per person
Make a pair of round or square coasters using stunning tiles.
The grouting will need to be done at home after the event, but you will take home an easy-to-follow kit and all the supplies needed.
Candle making
£40 per person
Great for a corporate get-together, as it is a really creative and relaxing experience- Customise your candles with aromatic scents and vibrant colours! Make 2 candles and 4 tealights
We provide jars, but encourage you to bring your own to reduce waste :)
Soap Making…
£30 per person
An easy & super relaxing workshop where you’ll make 5 soaps. All will be made using a fresh batch of melt and pour soap, so they can be in unique colours & fragrances. And they can also be decorated with an array of dried ingredients!
Ceramics
£35 per person
Join Aquila from Love & Lovelier to make ceramic mini bunting, hearts or houses. A stunning addition to decorate your home with!
Please note that your designs will be taken away to be fired and glazed. And will be ready to collect around 2 weeks later.
Jesmonite
£35 per person
Suitable for all — but it does get messy — we do provide aprons!
Create 3 terrazzo-style items from a selection of coaster and small pot moulds.Select colour schemes for each item and try out marbling and terrazzo techniques. Once you have created your decor items, enjoy the pleasure of using your creations at home!
