Finch runs corporate parties at Lark Studio for companies that are looking for a good chat and the chance to get crafty!
Your corporate event can be held at our Cardiff studio - in Cathays - we can host groups from 6 to 22 people
All parties are 2.5 hours and range from £28-£35 per person
We have chosen crafts that we feel work well for a mixed group but we are open to offering crafts that you may have seen on our social media recently.
Our most popular workshops for a large corporate group are macrame, soap or candle making, lino printing & seasonal crafts.
Benefits of a Finch Party…
There are many great things about having a corporate event with us, one of the main ones is that you will be able to connect with your coworkers and strengthen your cognitive abilities. There are lots of great food and drink options nearby for before or after your craft activity.
We also try and keep the event nice and simple for you, this includes us having a simple booking system, offering a really inviting studio space, decorating the studio with colourful bunting for your special occasion, providing hot drinks and most importantly, offering crafts that we know work well with any group.
How to book a Finch party…
Step 1 : Complete the enquiry form below we will reply with our availability within 2 days
Step 2 : If we are available to host your party we will send a link to pay a £50 deposit to secure the date
Step 3 : Once the deposit is received we will get all the crafty materials ready for you and will be in touch again just over a week before your event to confirm final numbers, we will then send a final invoice which should be paid 7 days before the event.

Party Prices
All our crafty parties take 2.5 hours, this includes a short break
6-8 attendees = £35 per person
9-12 attendees = £32 per person
13+ attendees = £28 per person
Mosaic coasters
Suitable for craft fans
Make a pair of round or square coasters using stunning tiles.
The grouting will need to be done at home after the event, but you will take home an easy-to-follow kit and all the supplies needed.
Macramé
Suitable for craft fans
Get immersed in an addictive knotting workshop to make a macramé leaf wall hanging or a plant hanger.
We have a wide selection of coloured rope to choose from, meaning you can match your hanging perfectly to your home.
Jesmonite
Suitable for all — but does get messy — we do provide aprons!
Create 3 terrazzo-style items from a selection of coaster and small pot moulds.
Select colour schemes for each item and try out marbling and terrazzo techniques. Once you have created your decor items, enjoy the pleasure of using your creations at home!
Lipstick and lip balms
Suitable for all
Great workshop for a party atmosphere! Perfect for a group of mixed ages and crafting abilities!
Choose your own scents and colours from a wide selection and enjoy packaging up your lipsticks and lip balms for a beautiful final product.
Everyone will make 4 lipsticks and 6 lip balms.
Candle making
Suitable for all
Great for a corporate get-together, as it is a really creative and relaxing experience-
Customise your candles with aromatic scents and vibrant colours!
We provide jars, but encourage you to bring your own to reduce waste :)

Ceramics
Suitable for all
Join Aquila from Love & Lovelier to make ceramic mini bunting, hearts or houses. A stunning addition to decorate your home with!
Please note that your designs will be taken away to be fired and glazed. And will be ready to collect around 2 weeks later.
Polymer Accessories
Suitable for all
Em from @emelyejamescreativestudio will guide you through creating 3 pieces of colourful jewellery.
Make, cure and assemble a couple of pieces during the workshop, which means you can all make pieces to match your outfits!
You will also have time to make a couple of extra pieces that can be taken home and popped in a home oven to cure after the event.
Soap Making
Suitable for all
An easy & super relaxing workshop where you’ll make 5 soaps. All will be made using a fresh batch of melt and pour soap, so they can be in unique colours & fragrances. And they can also be decorated with an array of dried ingredients!
Paint along
Suitable for all
You will learn to paint an original picture using acrylic paints on a canvas with step-by-step instructions. You can choose a painting theme (e.g. pets, tropical sunsets, etc.). Click HERE for a Disney-themed party we did recently! We also did a Tenby image, which was sweet!
We’ll provide you with everything you need to unleash your inner artist.
These workshops are fun whether you’re a seasoned artist or you haven’t picked up a paintbrush since school, as no experience is necessary. Just paint, drink and have fun with your coworkers.
Door mat painting
Suitable for all
Join us to create the ultimate welcome to your home — a personalised door mat — as you spend some great quality time with your coworkers! Have fun working with paint to create your design, a Pinterest board will be sent in advance, so you can start planning your design :)
